Deleting your account

If you have the app

Open Settings → Delete account. It tells you exactly what is about to be destroyed and asks you to confirm. That is the fastest route and it happens straight away.

If you no longer have it

Email hello@activeeats.appfrom the address you signed up with, or tell us the phone number or username on the account. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm when it's done.

We may ask one question to confirm the account is yours. We won't ask why you're leaving.

What gets deleted

Everything we hold: your account and sign-in identity, every logged meal, your daily targets, any foods you saved, and any meal plans.

Meal photos and voice recordings aren't part of it because we never stored them — the privacy policy explains how those are handled and the one short window in which a copy can exist.
